Q: How many points do I get for each £1 I spend?

A: One pound spent is worth 25 points.

Q: How many points do I need to collect  to convert into ‘currency’?

A: Once you have collected 1,000 points, it’s worth £1 worth of currency.

Q: Why can’t I scan the QR code on my card?

A: The QR code is for till use only, so can’t be scanned by a mobile phone.

Q: Where can I find my pin?

A: This is the 6-digit number on the card that is under the silver panel that can be scratched away. You will also receive this in your welcome email.

Q: If I forget my card can points be added later?

A: No, your loyalty card must be scanned when you pay to collect  points.

Q: If I lose my card, can I get a new card and transfer my points?

A: Yes, email hello@pubperks.co.uk as soon as possible to report your lost card. Then  collect a new card from the pub and email hello@pubperks.co.uk with your name and email address previously registered. For full Ts&Cs please see www.pubperks.co.uk

Q: How long do points last?

A: Points expire 12 months after collection.

Q: Can I spend points if I haven’t registered my card?

A: No, an unregistered card can collect points but can’t spend them.  Just register your card to redeem points.

Q: Can my family and friends use my card to collect points?

A: No, it is just for you to collect points.

Q: My card has been blocked  what can I do?

A: Excessive spend or points collection will have highlighted  to Head Office that  your card has been used by multiple people.  You can collect and register a new card from the bar, your old card will no longer be valid and points will not be transferred.

Q: Does that mean I can’t buy my friends a round of drinks?

A: Of course you can. But  bear in mind that this card is for single account holder  and  cannot be passed round to collect points.  As long as the person the card is registered to is making the purchase there is no issue.

Q: Is there a limit on how much currency I can redeem on my card?

A: There is a daily limit of £50 that can be spent, which is the equivalent of 50,000 points.

Over 18s only. Pick up a card & register your account. Cards can be used to collect points prior to registration, but must be registered to redeem points. Hand card to bar staff at point of order, you will collect 25 points for every full £1 spent. Collect 1,000 points to redeem £1 No limit on the number of points collected per day.
