Pub Perks Offer Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in this offer all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the Pub Perks Reward Scheme terms and conditions available at https://pubperks.co.uk. Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://pubperks.co.uk).

1. Only open to residents in the UK and Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over. To participate in the Pub Perks Points promotion, pick up a card in a participating outlet and register your account as described on the card. Cards can be used to collect points prior to registration, but must be registered prior to redemption of points.

2. To collect Pub Perks Points, hand your Pub Perks card to a member of the bar staff to be scanned at point of order, in a participating JAT outlets in England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man (excludes Scotland). You will collect 25 points for every £1 spent on food and drink. Points will be credited automatically to your account. 25 points are awarded for each full £1 spend, for example you will receive 125 points if you spend £5.25. There is no limit on the number of points which can be collected per day. Products are subject to availability. Service is at the discretion of bar staff. If you forget your card, points cannot be added to your account at a later date.

3. Points collection available from 04.11.24 until such time as advertised by the promoter.

4. For every 1,000 points collected £1 will be added to your account. Points will expire 12 months after the date of collection. The “currency” allocated to your account may be redeemed in any participating JAT outlet on any transaction. There is no restriction on the amount of “currency” which can be spent in a single transaction, up to the value of “currency” in your account. Currency can only be spent in £1 increments for example 1000 points equals £1 spend, 2000 points equals £2 spend. Any leftover points remain in your points balance. Present your loyalty card at point of order to redeem points. Any unclaimed “currency” on your account upon closure of this offer will be forfeited. Please check website for any closure details.

If you lose your card contact hello@pubperks.co.uk to get your points transferred to a new card. You will need your Pub Perks account log-in details.

5. The card can only be used by the person registered on the account to collect and spend points. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all purchases and the participant and to refuse to award & redeem points and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or the Pub Perks Reward Scheme terms. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen reward scheme cards.

7. There is no other alternative to reward as set out herein. Points are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the reward card if it is transferred.

8. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.

11. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.

Pub Perks Blue Monday Triple Points Promotion

Over 18s only. Available to members of the Pub Perks Scheme. Triple points are available on 20.01.25 only. Points are redeemable as normal. The promoter reserves the right to amend this promotion due to circumstances outside of their control. The manager’s decision is final.
